Privacy Policy

Last updated: October 21, 2026.

Summary: most tools work right in your browser—your files aren’t uploaded anywhere. We don’t require sign-up or sell data. We measure site usage only with our own tools, without ads or third parties, and you can turn off this measurement (learn how).

1. Local processing (most tools)

When a tool displays the “Processed on your device” badge, the file is read and processed by your browser itself (JavaScript, WebAssembly, and WebCodecs). Not a single byte of the file is transmitted. You can verify this by opening your browser’s developer tools (F12 → Network tab) while using the tool.

2. Tools that use our server

Converting Office documents (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and similar files) requires LibreOffice, which doesn’t run in your browser. These pages display the “Processed on our server” badge. Your file is sent over an encrypted connection (HTTPS), used only to create the PDF, and deleted immediately after conversion. We don’t read, store, or use these files for any other purpose.

3. Artificial intelligence models

Tools such as audio transcription download an AI model (for example, Whisper) from Hugging Face the first time you use them, after you give your consent. The download sends Hugging Face only the standard technical data involved in any web access (such as your IP address); your audio stays on your device. The model is saved in your browser.

4. Technical data we process

  • IP address and connection data: used to deliver the site, protect against abuse (by limiting use of server-based tools), and maintain technical error logs for a limited time.
  • Cloudflare: the site is delivered through Cloudflare’s network, which processes connection data for security and performance.
  • Your browser preferences: your theme, favorites, recently used tools, and saved subscription are stored only in your browser’s local storage and can be deleted by clearing the site’s data.

Weather in your city: if you haven’t chosen a city, the weather card shows the approximate city for your connection, as provided to the site by its network provider (Cloudflare)—no GPS or precise location. This information is used only to show the forecast at that moment and is not stored: this feature does not record the city, IP address, or coordinates. To see another city, select “change” on the card; your choice is saved only in your browser.

We don’t use ads, pixels, or third-party analytics tools. The only usage tracking is our own, as described below. If this changes, we’ll update this policy and ask for your consent when required by law.

5. Website usage measurement (our own analytics)

To find out which tools are useful, where people give up, and what needs fixing, we record how the site is used. This tracking is done by us alone: the data goes to our own server, isn’t sent to Google Analytics, Meta, or any other service, and is never sold or shared.

What we record:

  • the pages you visit (URL and title) and the time;
  • how you arrived: the referring website (excluding anything after the “?” in the URL), campaign parameters (utm_source, utm_medium, utm_campaign, utm_content, utm_term), and ad click identifiers (fbclid, gclid, ttclid), when included in the link;
  • how far you scroll on each page (25%, 50%, 75%, or 100%) and your active time on it (counted only while the tab is visible and in use);
  • clicks on site buttons, such as add to favorites, copy, download, and share, and on links to other sites (we record only the link’s domain);
  • tool usage: when you started, whether it completed or returned an error, and how long processing took;
  • internal search terms and the number of results shown—terms that look like an email address, phone number, CPF, document number, or link are discarded before they’re recorded;
  • device type, operating system, and browser (based on the header sent by every browser), screen size, language, and time zone;
  • approximate country, state, and city, provided by Cloudflare based on your connection (no GPS or precise location);
  • your IP address with the last block set to zero (for example, 200.150.10.0): this identifies the network, not you.

What we never record: the contents or names of files you use with our tools (they stay on your device), anything you type into fields or forms, passwords, emails, or documents.

Cookies: We use two first-party cookies, created by our server and inaccessible to scripts: rd_v, a random code that recognizes the same browser for up to 1 year, and rd_s, which groups pages from a visit and expires after 30 minutes of inactivity. They do not contain personal data.

Why and how long: Processing is based on our legitimate interest in maintaining and improving the site (LGPD, art. 7, IX), using the minimum data necessary. Logs are retained for up to 13 months and are accessible only to the site administrator.

How to disable it: If your browser sends the Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control signal, no data is measured. You can also turn off measurement in this browser using the button below (your choice is saved in the browser itself) or block this site's cookies.

Usage measurement is on in this browser.

6. Notifications (optional)

Notifications are enabled only at your request on the Notifications page, and your browser asks for permission first. To deliver them, we store only the following on our server: the delivery address your browser creates for the site (a link from Google, Mozilla, Microsoft, or Apple's notification service), the encryption keys that make messages unreadable in transit, the topics you selected, and the subscription and delivery dates. We do not store your name, email address, phone number, IP address, or cookies with your subscription.

For “When will my money arrive?”, the server only knows which benefit you selected (for example, INSS); the last digit of your benefit or NIS number and your birth month stay on your device only and are used to show the date in the notification. Messages are sent through your browser's notification service, which delivers them encrypted.

How to cancel: Tap Disable all on the Notifications page, or block the site's notifications in your browser settings. Canceled subscriptions (or those reported as expired by the browser) will no longer receive messages; the record is kept as inactive only, without any personal data.

7. Your rights (LGPD)

You can request confirmation of processing, access, correction, or deletion of personal data by emailing [email protected].
