About this tool
When organizing pages can help
- Scans out of order: pages fed into the scanner in the wrong order or document photos taken out of sequence.
- Documents for applications and submissions: many requests require documents in a specific order (ID, proof of address, certificates). Merge everything with Merge PDF, then organize it here.
- Upside-down pages in the middle of a file: rotate just that page without affecting the others.
- A PDF in reverse order, common with scanners that read a stack from the last page first: use Reverse order.

Frequently asked questions
Does organizing pages change their content?
No. Text, images, and quality stay the same; only the order and rotation change. Because the file is rebuilt page by page, bookmarks (the sidebar table of contents) from the original may not be preserved.
Can I organize pages from two different PDFs?
First, merge the files with the Merge PDF tool, then open the result here to adjust the order page by page.
Are my files uploaded to a server?
No. This tool runs entirely in your browser: your file is read and processed on your device, and not a single byte is sent over the internet. You can even disconnect from the internet after the page loads.
