About this tool

The signature is generated in HTML using tables and inline styles, a format that email programs preserve. In Gmail: Settings → See all settings → General → Signature → create new → paste. In Outlook (web or new Outlook): Settings → Accounts → Signatures → paste. In Apple Mail: Settings → Signatures. If your email program asks for code, choose “Copy HTML code.”

Attached or base64-encoded images are often blocked or added as attachments, so your photo or logo must have a public URL (https://…), such as an image hosted on your company's website. To protect your privacy, this page's preview doesn't load external images—it shows a placeholder instead. The image will display normally in your email.

Links can only use http(s) URLs, email addresses, and phone numbers; text is protected against malicious code. Everything is created in your browser, with no data uploaded.

Frequently asked questions

How do I add a signature in Gmail?

Click Copy signature, open Gmail on your computer, go to Settings → See all settings → General → Signature, create a new signature, paste it with Ctrl+V, then save at the bottom of the page.

Why isn't my photo showing up?

The image must be published at a public URL (https://). Photos stored on your computer or hosted by services that require a login won't appear for email recipients. Use an image from your company's website or an image-hosting service.

Does the signature work on phones?

Yes. HTML tables work well in email apps. The Gmail and Outlook mobile apps use the signature set up on your computer for messages sent from the web; the apps may have their own text-only signature.

Can I use the signature with multiple email accounts?

Yes. Create a signature for each team member using the same color and template to keep your branding consistent.

Is it really free? Is there a daily limit?

It's free with no daily limits. Processing happens on your device, so there's no per-use cost and no need to limit you.

Does it work on phones?

Yes. The site works in any modern browser on Android, iPhone, Windows, Mac, and Linux—no installation needed.
