Merge PDF
Combine multiple PDF files into one, in any order you choose.
Why people look for an alternative
PDF websites that process files on a server pay for every use. That's why iLovePDF's free version and similar services often have limits and offer a paid plan when you exceed them. Whether you're in a hurry to prepare an HR document, attach a court filing, or merge a bill, you can hit the limit just when you need the tool most.
Here, files are processed in your browser using PDF libraries that run right on your device. With no server in the middle, there's no per-use cost—which means no sign-up and no daily limits. See the full feature comparison on our iLovePDF alternative page.
How to merge PDFs in 3 steps
- Open Merge PDF and select your files (or drag them all in at once).
- Drag the thumbnails to put them in the right order.
- Click Merge and download your combined PDF. If you like, go straight to compressing the file or adding page numbers without uploading it again.
It works the same on your phone: choose files from your downloads folder, file manager, or photo gallery.
How to compress a PDF for email
Compress PDF shows the file size before and after compression. PDFs with photos and scanned pages usually shrink the most; text-only PDFs are often small already. For specific size limits, use a dedicated tool such as Compress PDF for email, which comes with the right settings.
How to convert PDF to Word and Word to PDF
To edit a PDF in Word, use PDF to Word. It preserves paragraphs, headings, and bold text in a .docx file. If your PDF is a scan (a photo of a page), run OCR first because there's no text to extract.
To convert the other way, Word to PDF converts .docx files while preserving the layout. This is one of the few tools that uses our server: your file is sent over an encrypted connection, converted, and deleted right afterward. To change just one word in a PDF without opening it in Word, Edit PDF replaces existing text directly in the document.
What about privacy?
When a file is processed in your browser, no copy is stored on anyone’s server—not even ours. That matters for IDs, pay stubs, medical records, and contracts. Each tool page tells you where your file is processed.
Rotina Diária is independent and is not affiliated with iLovePDF; the brand belongs to its owner. Third-party plans and limits can change, so check the latest terms on the official website.
