Frequently asked questions

Can someone reverse the blur and see what’s underneath?

At low intensity, large text may still be readable. For documents, passwords, and license plates, use a high intensity or pixelation to remove the original information. When in doubt, zoom in and check the result before sharing.

Can I use this on a WhatsApp chat screenshot?

Yes. Select the screenshot, mark names, numbers, and profile photos, then apply the effect. If the screenshot is a PNG, the result will also be a PNG, with the rest of the image staying sharp.

Are my files uploaded to a server?
